Plastic toothbrushes may take 500+ years to break down. In other words, every plastic toothbrush you’ve ever used is still on the planet somewhere. Skip the plastic and choose reusable and sustainable alternatives. Swap out your toothbrush, hairbrush, loofa, q-tips and more. For toiletries like conditioner, shampoo, or soap, you can look for solid bars with less packaging. Or, try homemade recipes like my Spearmint Toothpaste.
